Fitness - advanced
Not for the faint hearted! These exercises are aimed at netballers who already have a high level of fitness and want to maintain or improve to an advanced level. Aimed at netballers who are training most days.

Upper body and core strength and conditioning:
Five advanced exercises to improve your upper body and core strength specifically for netball.
Equipment required - weighted ball (or netball / other ball), yoga ball required for one exercise
Level - advanced (aimed at netballers who already work out multiple times a week and have good upper body strength)
Number of people - solo work out (but of course can be done with friends!)
